Rules for using HamyFlow as a customer or business owner, including bookings, orders, payments, messaging, and account responsibilities for the current V1 product.
Last updated: 2026-08-05
Operator legal name, address, and/or contact email are not configured. Set OPERATOR_LEGAL_NAME, OPERATOR_REGISTERED_ADDRESS, and OPERATOR_CONTACT_EMAIL before public launch.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of HamyFlow (the “Service”). By creating an account, browsing, booking, purchasing, messaging, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
HamyFlow is currently in V1 preparation. At the time these Terms were written, no company has been registered to operate HamyFlow yet, and there is no active public customer or registered-business base. These Terms describe the Service as implemented so that the product can be reviewed and prepared for launch.
[Operator legal name — configure before public launch] will provide the Service once an operator entity is designated. [Registered business address — configure before public launch].
These Terms are not a substitute for legal advice. The operator should obtain legal review before public launch.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Customers and business owners use different parts of the Service. You must not misrepresent your role or impersonate another person or business.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or abuse risks.
HamyFlow is a marketplace/platform that connects users with independent businesses, products, and services. Except where explicitly stated, HamyFlow is not the seller of products and is not the provider of booked services.
Business owners (providers) are responsible for the accuracy of listings, availability, pricing, fulfillment, compliance with local laws, taxes applicable to their offerings, and customer service for their products and services.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking and order information and completing required payments for paid services and products.
Disputes about the quality, delivery, or performance of a listing are primarily between the customer and the business, subject to mandatory consumer law.
The live booking engine supports fixed-time service slots (date, time, and duration). Free services may be reserved without payment where configured.
Paid services require checkout and successful payment (via Stripe when configured; development or stub payment flows may exist only in non-production environments) before confirmation according to the implemented payment lifecycle.
Overnight hotel check-in/check-out stays are not supported in the current V1 booking path. Hotel profiles may still appear for discovery or commerce where enabled.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show rules are set by the business unless otherwise stated on the service or business profile.
HamyFlow may send in-app notifications about booking status. Transactional email depends on operator email configuration.
Product purchases are subject to stock availability at checkout. Prices and descriptions are provided by the business.
Carts are stored locally in your browser until checkout. Orders are created server-side after checkout validation.
Where shipping or pickup details are collected, they are stored on the order for fulfillment by the business.
Order fulfillment, returns, and warranties are handled by the selling business unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
Payments are processed through Stripe when configured. HamyFlow records payment status, invoices, and transactions in its database.
Customer payments typically settle to the platform’s Stripe account. Transfers to business owners for the first cohort are handled according to the operator’s settlement process (manual settlement is the V1 default; automated Stripe Connect payouts are not part of the current product).
The operator may charge a platform fee on settled amounts as disclosed in the operator agreement or fee schedule presented to businesses before or when they join. The fee percentage used in settlement tooling is configured operationally; this document does not invent a specific fee rate.
Refunds may be initiated by authorized business owners through implemented refund flows where payment-provider support exists. Refund eligibility is subject to business policy and applicable law.
HamyFlow does not guarantee payment-processor uptime or bank settlement timelines.
Users may communicate through in-platform messaging linked to businesses and optional product or service context.
Do not use messaging for unlawful, harassing, or spam content, or for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.
We may apply rate limits and use request metadata for abuse prevention. Message content is stored to deliver the Service.
Users may submit reviews and business content (text, images). You grant HamyFlow a non-exclusive license to host, display, and operate the Service with that content.
You must not post unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content. Businesses may report concerns through available reporting tools.
We may remove content or suspend features where required by law or these Terms.
Some business profiles may originate from public directory data (for example OpenStreetMap imports). Claiming a profile requires verification steps implemented in the Service.
Only authorized representatives may claim or manage a business. False claims may result in account termination.
You agree not to:
HamyFlow software, branding, and design elements are owned by the future operator or its licensors once designated. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by these Terms.
Businesses retain rights to their own logos, photos, and descriptions uploaded to the platform.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
During V1 preparation the Service may change, be incomplete, or be unavailable. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the quality, safety, or legality of listings offered by businesses.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAMYFLOW AND ITS OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
Mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may limit these exclusions. Cap amounts and carve-outs should be set with legal counsel before launch.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, inactivity, or legal requirements.
Provisions that by nature should survive termination (payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute terms) continue to apply.
[Governing law and courts — configure with legal counsel before public launch.]
Consumers in the EEA may retain mandatory rights under local consumer protection laws.
We may update these Terms. Material changes should be communicated through the Service or email where appropriate. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.
Email: [Operator contact email — configure before public launch]
Operator identity (once designated): [Operator legal name — configure before public launch]; [Registered business address — configure before public launch].
HamyFlow is in V1 preparation. This document reflects the product as implemented today. It is not legal advice and does not establish compliance. No operator company is registered yet — counsel review and configuration placeholders must be completed before public launch.
